Tras la muerte de su mamá, Karla y Aarón quedaron al cuidado de la abuelita, luego de un juicio de patria potestad; gracias a “Lectura Fácil de Sentencias Definitivas” comprendieron la resolución de la jueza del Poder Judicial del Estado de México quien les explicó de manera clara y sencilla la resolución en la que su ahora tutora legal, estaría al pendiente de sus cuidados, educación, salud e intereses.
A través de esta acción se busca garantizar el acceso a la justicia y hacerla más comprensible a niñas, niños y adolescentes involucrados en un proceso judicial, que viven una situación que puede provocarles depresión y angustia. De esta manera, se han explicado sentencias sobre violencia familiar, pensión, convivencias, guarda y custodia, entre otras.
