Congreso mexiquense aprobó iniciativa de reforma para creación del Juzgado LIBRE

La iniciativa de reforma constitucional para la creación del Juzgado LIBRE (Libertad, Igualdad, Bienestar, Redes y Emancipación), impulsada conjuntamente por la Gobernadora Delfina Gómez Álvarez, el titular del Tribunal Superior de Justicia, Magistrado Héctor Macedo García y el Presidente de la Junta de Coordinación Política, José Francisco Vázquez Rodríguez, fue aprobada por unanimidad por el Pleno de la LXII Legislatura del Estado de México, encabezado por la Presidenta de la Mesa Directiva, Diputada Martha Azucena Camacho Reynoso.

En el Pleno, el Diputado Carlos Martínez Zurita Trejo, Presidente de la Comisión de Gobernación y Puntos Constitucionales dio lectura al dictamen, en el que se determinó procedente la reforma, subrayando que ahora se enviará a los 125 ayuntamientos municipales para su análisis y aprobación.
