Instituciones del Edomex se suman a iniciativa de reforma constitucional para creación del Juzgado LIBRE

En el marco del Día Internacional para la Eliminación de la Violencia contra las Mujeres (25N), la Gobernadora Delfina Gómez Álvarez, el Magistrado Presidente Héctor Macedo García, el Presidente de la Jucopo José Francisco Vázquez Rodríguez, el Fiscal General de Justicia José Luis Cervantes Martínez y el titular de la CODHEM Víctor Leopoldo Delgado Pérez, firmaron la iniciativa de reforma a la Constitución Política del Estado de México para la creación del Juzgado LIBRE.

El propósito es transformar la forma en que se protege a mujeres, niñas, niños y adolescentes frente a situaciones de violencia. El Juzgado LIBRE (Libertad, Igualdad, Bienestar, Redes y Emancipación), será un nuevo órgano jurisdiccional de operación permanente y especializada en órdenes y medidas de protección urgentes.
